See the portal as a user

When a customer asks why they cannot see their report, you can open the portal exactly as they see it.

The button sits on the access card in the user detail. The confirmation states the four things that matter: the portal opens in a new window with a red band, the session is read-only, it lasts 15 minutes and is not extended, and it appears in the activity with a name on it.

• The band carries the person's name and email, the portal's name, a countdown and End.
• The name in the sidebar shows the email you are viewing as, so even a screenshot without the band gives it away.
• Blocked and unredeemed accesses cannot be opened.

A customer who asks "who at your end has seen our figures" gets the answer under Activity: who, whose data, when, for how long, and whether it came from the studio or from an agent.
