Give a customer access

An access is four choices: who, which portal, which organisation and which persona.

  1. 1Invite the personName and email. The person gets a login link and decides for themselves whether to use links or a password.
  2. 2Choose portal and personaThe persona decides which pages and widgets the access meets.
  3. 3Choose the organisationIf the organisation is new, this is where it comes into being. If it shares an email domain with one that already exists, that one is suggested.
  4. 4Link the organisationUnder "in your apps" you pick the record in each connected system. If the system can list its records you search in them; if it cannot, you type the reference.

Afterwards

The user detail shows one card per access with what that access actually sees, app by app: "Productive: ONE Byg A/S", "Fynk: agreements their email is a party to", "SharePoint: not linked yet". That is the surface to open when a customer says something is missing.
