What Kilango is
Kilango is a portal your customers log in to, showing data from the systems you already work in. You set it up, you do not build it.
A portal carries your name, your colour and your domain. The content comes from apps, and an app is a system you already work in, for example Productive, Pipedrive, Dalux or Fynk. The list is growing. Kilango does not store your projects or your agreements, and it is not where the work happens. The process lives in the system, the portal shows it.
The parts, in the order they connect
- Workspace
- Your company in Kilango. This is where brands, portals, apps and the colleagues with access to the studio live.
- Brand
- A logo, one primary colour, the navigation colour and a typeface. A portal inherits from the brand.
- Portal
- One surface for one kind of recipient: a customer portal, a supplier portal, an employee portal.
- App
- A system the portal pulls data from. Widgets belong to an app.
- Access
- What you give a person: a portal, an organisation and a persona.
What is not here
There is no customer database, no notes and no agreement history. An organisation in Kilango has only the fields access requires: name, VAT id and email domain. If more needs saying about the customer, it says it in the system where you already write it.
