Outline is where your own how-to lives. Kilango shows one collection of it inside the portal, newest change first, so the answer to “how do I” is next to the thing it is about. You point at the collection, and nothing outside it is shown.
One widget reads from Outline, and a portal shows the ones you turn on.
A knowledge base is the same for everyone in a portal, so it is scoped to the workspace rather than to a person or a company. Guides for one recipient would be a second widget on a second collection.
The same for everyone in the portalPaste a key from Outline, and the address of your instance. The address is a field because Outline can be self-hosted, and a key from your own server does not work against theirs.
The key is stored encrypted and is not shown again after it is saved. Kilango reads with it on request and writes nothing back.
